(Multipe item orders that cannot fit in a flat rate box, and orders including large picture frames will be higher, depending on size/weight.)

Domestic orders are usually shipped within the USA via USPS Priority Mail, starting at $6.00 which includes delivery confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3-6 days with Priority Mail, and Express Mail is typically 1-2 days.

Please note that if you are ordering 1 to 6 charms, or a few small items, they can be shipped via First Class (within the USA) regular mail starting at $3.00 but this must be requested in the order.

Default shipping is Priority Mail so if you do not specify First Class for your order, it will be sent via Priority Mail. Insurance is recommended.

INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL FOR ORDERS UNDER $200 and REQUIRED FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS OVER $200.

Rates are as follows from the USPS:

$2.25 ................ $50.01 to $100 Coverage
$2.75 ................ $100.01 to $200 Coverage
$4.70 ................ $200.01 to $300 Coverage
$5.70 ................ $300.01 to $400 Coverage
$6.70 ................ $400.01 to $500 Coverage

Insurance for orders over $50.00 will require a signature. A slip with pick up or delivery information will be left at your home, if attempted delivery is made and no one is available to sign for the package.

Alicia is not liable for any loss or damage during shipment. If the order has been insured, and arrives damaged, the customer will be responsible for making a claim for reimbursement with the USPS.

Please notify Alicia if your package does not arrive within a reasonable time frame or arrives damaged so that she can help you!

PAYMENTS WITHIN THE USA
PACKAGING

Within the USA, you may choose from the following payment options:

- Personal Check
- Money Order
- Credit Cards through PayPal
- Direct Wire Transfer (optional for orders over $300)


Payment must be made in full before your custom order is started. No custom order will be made or shipped until full payment is received.

DO NOT SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN EMAILS. You will be invoiced with instructions.

Personal checks are accepted, but must clear before your order is sent. Your bank may be contacted to ensure that funds are available in your account. Any bounced checks/fees will be your responsibility to cover.

For orders over $300, you may choose to send your payment via direct wire transfer. If you would like to use this method, please contact Alicia first to get specific instructions. An additional charge of $10.00 will be added to cover bank charges and fees.

PayPal is the preferred method of payment for most orders. PayPal payments are generally the easiest and quickest for both the buyer and Alicia. If you want to pay with your credit card, but do not want to use PayPal, Alicia will discuss other options with you.

Questions about PayPal? Please go to the FAQ or www.PayPal.com. Orders paid through PayPal will only be shipped to CONFIRMED addresses.

Great care is taken to carefully pack and protect all art, so damages are extremely unlikely.

Your custom jewelry order will be wrapped in bubble wrap, then put in a jewelry box, nicely tied with ribbon and suitable for gift giving.

Depending on the shipping method you may choose, the small box will then be wrapped in more bubble wrap or packing paper, and sent in a padded envelope (for small charms) or Priority Mail box.

Whenever possible, clean recyled packing materials are used.

Alicia encloses a personal message, and business card with each order.

 

INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM ORDERS:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE

International shipping prices vary depending on the country and shipping method chosen. First Class International, Priority Mail International and Express Mail International are options for most countries.

International orders totaling over $200 are REQUIRED to use Express Mail International for the most reliable delivery.

For an international shipping cost estimate please email for a quote, stating the items you want and your country. Alicia will then go over your options with you.

Priority Mail International Flat rate boxes start at $12.00 but unfortunately are not insurable. For more information on insurance, see the column at right.

Below are the typical starting prices for a single lightweight item to Canada and Mexico, with other countries being higher:

Shipping times outside of the USA can be unpredictable, and Alicia is unable to estimate any time frame beyond what the USPS is able to provide as typical guidelines for your country.

Many factors play into international delivery when packages travel overseas, so please allow extra time for your order if you are ordering from outside of the USA. Typically when delays happen, it is due to your package being held up in your country's customs department.

You are responsible for any custom's fees that your country may incur.

Unless you choose to pay for the higher priced EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL which has tracking and insurance, Alicia can not be responsible for items being lost in the mail.

International shipping can be unreliable unfortunately, so Alicia highly recommends that you use EXPRESS MAIL if you want insurance coverage.

INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED BUT NOT AVAILABLE ON ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

- International Money Order drawn on US bank/funds
- PayPal (orders under $300 only)
- Any Major Credit Card (Including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express)

For international orders totaling over $300:

- Direct Wire Transfer (An additional charge of $30.00 will be added to cover Alicia's bank charges and fees, and you are responsible for your own bank fees.)

For orders under $300 PayPal is preferred, however wire transfers and international money orders drawn in US funds/banks are also accepted. Please contact Alicia for further details.

For international orders over $300, payment via direct international wire transfer is required unless you are a repeat customer in good standing. An additional charge of $30.00 will be added to cover bank fees. (If actual fees are less, you will be reimbursed.)

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
